At Accessoriezz, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

1)The item must be unused and in its original condition.

2)The product must be returned in its original packaging.

3)A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

1)Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

2)Clearance or sale items.

3)Customized or personalized products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method where applicable. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through a mutually agreed payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item).
